Miss Happ @ The Inner City Car show, Cape Town

Miss Happ had a stall at this first ever Inner City Car show. We also dressed and styled the gorgeous pin up promo gals on the day who were literally dressed from head to toe in our Miss Happ products and they looked just fab!

The Car show showcased an array of vintage cars from the 50 to the 70's, from Hot rods to muscle cars, so it really fitted in so well with what the Miss Happ style is all about.

We shared our gazebo with another stall holder, the sweet Miss Gabbi Katz from AnonaMiss Beauty Emporium who also did the amazing hair and make up for our promo girls too. The ladies got a ton of photo coverage which is a great way to get your brand out there.

And as always a gal can't pass up the perfect pinup opportunity....and to just have a little fun!

A big thanx to all that came to support us - we cannot wait for the next one.

Hot cars, Hot Girls!

Today our Miss Happ girls made their way to Zwartkops Race track at 7am for one of the biggest Cars shows in South Africa, Cars in the Park.

We shared a "garage" with the guys from Garage Magazine which turned out really well and was very exciting as it was the launch of the first edition of the magazine, which, co-incidently also featured a fab full page Miss Happ advert as well as an editorial with our Miss Happ pinup, Miss Samantha Jane wearing of course, Miss Happ clothing & accessories (below)

Issue 1, Garage Custom Culture Magazine

Our table at the show looked great and Rienke did a fab job setting everything up and making it all look pretty..sales were encouraging which is always nice to see, especially as it was our FIRST time in Pretoria!

It was certainly a day of firsts, and Miss Happ was also mentioned in a great article on Black Light Studio (one of our Miss Happ Durban stockists) in the SM magazine of Sunday Tribune. Awesome times!

Photoshoots, pinup girls & hot rods

So last week Wed the Miss Happ girls bundled themselves up and braved the winter chill to join the folks from Garage Magazine - a super cool new hot rod and custom culture magazine that's going to be launched in SA in August.

With our suitcases bursting at their seams with fab brightly colour Miss Happ swing dresses in an array of colours and patterns and hair clips and a whole bunch of other girly goodies we proceeded to style up our super cute and oh so seeexy model, Miss Sarah Jane - yes! in the corner of a (working) garage called  Old Mill! We worked with Mishca from AnonaMiss Beauty emporium who did the awesome pinup hair and make-up for our model.

Looking at the pics now Miss Samantha Jane really was the one that stood out - her with her blond hair and the rest of us being redheads :-) !!

We can't show you too many pics from the shoot as they haven't been published yet but here are some of the behind-the-scene ones. What I can tell you is that the car looked HOT and the pinup girl looked oh so 50's!  We had to much fun and yes, even though we were like walking zombies by the time we wrapped up at 11pm it's going to be so worth it!
